Orders
Orders placed on our website are processed securely using Authorize.net. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for order processing after completing your purchase.
It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and comply with their local laws and regulations regarding the purchase and use of our products.
Domestic (US) Shipping
We ship all orders EXCEPT apparel orders via USPS Priority Mail. USPS, like other carriers (such as UPS and FedEx), may experience regional disruptions or weather-related delays. Apparel in our store is made to order and will ship separately from other products in your order at no additional charge. All apparel will be shipped free of charge via a standard shipping method taking 2-5 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information (if available). Max Dynamics is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages while in transit. If any of these issues occur, customers should file a claim directly with USPS.
International Shipping
Our products are not currently available to be shipped internationally.
Returns

If we have made an error in fulfilling your order—such as sending the wrong product—we will promptly send the correct item at no additional cost once the incorrect item is returned. The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and in new condition.
Products returned within 30 days in original packaging and unused condition may be eligible for an exchange or refund of the product’s value (excluding shipping costs). Please email us at support@maxdynamicsusa.com to begin the return process.
